About the WFH Plan
When was it launched?
Zendesk’s Remote Support Bundle was launched on March 26th, 2020.The WFH Plan, included in Zendesk’s Remote Support Bundle, is free for six months starting on March 26th, 2020 and is only available through June 30, 2020.
What is the offer?
Tymeshift created a dedicated WFH plan, free of charge for six months, that includes:
Everyone who installs Tymeshift as of the 26th of March, 2020 will default into this free plan.Additionally, we are providing healthcare organizations with a six-month membership in our Enterprise Plan at no cost. Everyone who enrolls in these plans will receive assistance setting up Tymeshift and will have access to our standard support during the 6-month period.
How does it work?
If your customers & prospects want to benefit from our WFH Plan, all they need to do is install Tymeshift from the Zendesk marketplace.
What are the conditions?
To be eligible for our WFH plan, customers must install Tymeshift between the 26th of March and 30th of June 2020.Additionally, to qualify for our 6-month free Enterprise Plan for healthcare organizations, please reach out to [email protected] in order for our team to verify your organization and upgrade the account.
