  • What is the WFH plan?

    On the 26th of March 2020, Tymeshift launched a free WFH Plan as part of Zendesk’s new product bundle to help businesses support customers and boost remote agent productivity. Everyone installing Tymeshift out of the Zendesk Marketplace as of the 26th of March and until the 30th of June 2020 will default into a 6-month WFH free plan period.   • What’s an agent?

    An agent is anyone that uses Tymeshift to track time, monitor agents, or run reports.

  • Can I save $ with an annual subscription?

    Absolutely! We’ll give you a discount when you sign up for an annual plan.

  • How does the trial work?

    It’s simple! You start by creating an account and installing the app in your Zendesk - no credit card required. After that, you'll have full access to all the features included in the NEW WFH plan that we launched on March 26, 2020. The plan will be active for six months. From the 30th of June 2020, we will resume our standard 10-day trial.

  • Is Tymeshift only for Zendesk?

    Yes, Tymeshift only works with Zendesk. We are not a standalone product and focus all of our energy on being the best agent management solution for Zendesk.

  • What happens at the end of my trial?

    At the end of your trial you may select a plan to continue using Tymeshift or simply do nothing and the trial will expire.

  • Do all of my agents have to use Tymeshift?

    No, you can deactivate any agents within Tymeshift that do not require access to the app.

  • Are long-term contracts required?

    Nope.

  • Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?

    No credit card is required and it takes less than 60-seconds to install.
