  • What’s an agent?

    An agent is anyone that uses Tymeshift to track time, monitor agents, or run reports.

  • Can I save $ with an annual subscription?

    Absolutely! We’ll give you a discount when you sign up for an annual plan.

  • How does the 10-day trial work?

    You'll start off by creating an account and installing the app in your Zendesk - no credit card required. After that, you'll have full access to all the features included in our Enterprise plan. At the end of the trial, choose the plan that’s right for you. If you don’t wish to continue after your 10-day trial, you don’t have to do anything, and the trial will expire. We'll miss you, but we know we will meet again when the time is right.

  • Is Tymeshift only for Zendesk?

    Yes, Tymeshift only works with Zendesk. We are not a standalone product and focus all of our energy on being the best agent management solution for Zendesk.

  • What happens at the end of my trial?

    At the end of your trial you may select a plan to continue using Tymeshift or simply do nothing and the trial will expire.

  • Do all of my agents have to use Tymeshift?

    No, you can deactivate any agents within Tymeshift that do not require access to the app.

  • Are long-term contracts required?

    Nope.

  • Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?

    No credit card is required and it takes less than 60-seconds to install.
