Is Tymeshift only for Zendesk?

Yes, Tymeshift only works with Zendesk. We are not a standalone product and focus all of our energy on being the best workforce management solution for Zendesk.

Do all of my agents have to use Tymeshift?

No, you can deactivate agents that do not require access to Tymeshift.
