At Tymeshift, our mission is to build the most accessible modern WFM for Zendesk on the planet. Up until now, Tymeshift has been bootstrapped growing organically to a team of 30. We’re proud of the organic growth we’ve achieved and are excited to leverage Zendesk’s investment to accelerate our product innovation pace and continue to grow our teams in Fairfield, Iowa, Lisbon, Portugal, and Novi Sad, Serbia. In short, we’re focused on making our WFM solution even more comprehensive for you.
This investment is especially important to us because it came from Zendesk. We built Tymeshift from the ground up exclusively for Zendesk, and we’re huge fans of their work and their team. We’ve also been fortunate to work with many of the companies that rely on Zendesk for their CX solution to also leverage Tymeshift as their WFM solution. We take this investment as a huge vote of confidence from their team, but also as a challenge to continue to innovate and build an even better solution.
We’re honored that Zendesk chose us for this investment. Over the next year, you’ll be seeing the results of it as we put it toward making some exciting advancements in the WFM space.
