This feels like the headline I was destined to write.
Our journey began many years ago with a simple idea: To do for workforce management what Zendesk did for customer experience. In other words: To make the complex, simple, and reimagine the technology that supports the people who power the world’s best customer experiences.
To that end, our vision at Tymeshift is to be the Zendesk of WFM — and I can think of no better way to fulfill that vision than to join forces with Zendesk.
I’m excited to share with you what’s next, but first, I want to take a quick moment to thank our amazing customers for their partnership over the years. Thank you for your openness and passion for WFM & CX — we are the company and product we are because of you.
I also want to thank our team. You are an incredible bunch that I’ve been honored to learn from, laugh with, and work alongside. We are here because of your deep care and I can’t wait to take the next step in our journey together.
