Making adjustments to your volume
Your Forecast can already account for seasonality and recurring events, depending on how much data you already have logged. For example, for yearly events to be taken into account, we would need at least 2 years of data.
But we know that doesn’t cover everything. Maybe you have a huge product launch coming up or a marketing campaign that’s sure to boost contact numbers. That’s no problem; your Forecast can handle it.
You can even easily make per-Workstream adjustments to ensure these one-time events are included in your Forecast. Just click on the Workstream and adjust away!
