So, good news. You don’t need to do anything!
As soon as you start actively working in Zendesk (tackling a ticket, chat, or call) your day in Tymeshift will automatically begin. Hooray!
Here’s how it works:
- If you want, you can also manually start your day. Just click on that Start Day button & the clock will begin. You’ll be hanging out on “Untracked” time until you actively start handling a task (like a ticket, chat, or call).
- Start your day with a task that doesn’t require you to use Zendesk (like meetings or training)? We’ll explain how that works in the next section.
